Film & Video
I have taught in the areas of video, film and writing at a variety of institutions including Shoreline Community College, Henry Cogswell College, Humboldt State University School of Continuing Education, The Independent Media Center, The Loft Arts Center, and others.

Law and Justice
I have given presentations on issues of Law and Justice around the state and the country including the materials in my reports on the WTO, the publication Waging War on Dissent and the Documentary Urban Warrior which I was both a producer and consultant on. These have included American University, the Environmental Law Conference at the University of Oregon School of Law, Evergreen College, Portland Community College, Puget Sound Community College, Shoreline Community College, the University of Hawaii, the University of Kentucky, the Washington State Bar Association, Western Washington University

I have also provided trainings to many activists on legal rights and videotaping of police.

Recent Events
1/17/2008 - I submitted testimony in the State Capitol in Olympia in favor of SJM 8016 calling for an investigation into the Impeachment of President Bush and Vice President Cheney.

1/11/2008 - I taught a Training Session on Videotaping Police at Demonstrations, at 911 Media Arts, 402 9th Ave N, in Seattle and also spoke at a demonstration demanding closure of the military prison and detention camp at Guantanamo Bay.

12/19/2007 - I facilitated the recent protest at City Hall in Seattle (Dec 19-20) staged by advocates for the homeless including Real Change and the Seattle King County Coalition for the Homeless. The event was covered by KIRO-TV, the Seattle P-I, Tim Harris' blog, (twice), and here, with some more video here.

11/2/2007 - I discussed issues of Impeachment and Erosion of the Bill of Rights on SCAN Television, Channel 77 in Seattle/King County.

10/22/2007 - I discussed the History of Police on KBOO radio (Portland 90.7 FM / Corvallis 100.7 FM / Columbia Gorge 91.9 FM)..

10/11/2007 - I spoke following a screening of the film URBAN WARRIOR: A MOVIE ON COPS BECOMING TROOPS at the Port Townsend Community Center, 620 Tyler St, which was sponsored by the Port Townsend Peace Movement.

9/25/2007 - I provided a CLE through the Washington State Bar World Peace through Law Committee at the offices of the WSBA 1325 4th Avenue, Suite 600 in Seattle.
